Stronger Mind Begin With You
At Resilient Bonds CIC, our passion for supporting military and veteran families is deeply rooted in both professional dedication and personal experience. Our journey is shaped by the challenges faced by military families, and our commitment to making a difference comes from our hearts as much as our expertise.
Our Mission
Our family’s story inspired me to pursue a career in mental health and to create Resilient Bonds CIC. Our programs are designed not just based on national standards but also shaped by personal experiences. We understand the unique challenges military families face, including:
Loss and Bereavement
PTSD and Trauma
Isolation and Loneliness
Emotional and Mental Health Struggles
A Personal Connection
Growing up, I experienced firsthand the hardships of being part of a military family. My father served in the British Army and sustained both physical and mental injuries after being shot in the line of duty. Our family’s struggles were compounded by a series of devastating events:
Loss and Bereavement
Mental Health Crisis
Isolation and Trauma
Bridging the Gap
We have designed our courses to bridge the gap between therapy and education, making support accessible to everyone, including those struggling to access one-on-one therapy. Through our story, we aim to connect with other military families, offering a sense of understanding, support, and hope. We are here to help you navigate these challenges and build resilience together.
Generational Impact
The effects of these experiences were not limited to my parents. As the next generation, I also felt the echoes of their struggles:
Loss and Bereavement
Isolation
PTSD and Trauma
